Logan is a Baltimore native who spent 12 years at Boys' Latin before going on to graduate from the College of Charleston in 2007.

The beach has been a part of his life since he was born. Some of his earliest memories are of leaving kindergarten on a Friday and riding in the back of the car for weekends at his parent's condo in Ocean City.

He got his first job at TCBY in Bethany at 15 years old and later joined the Bethany Beach Patrol for a summer job throughout college. Logan has traveled far and wide but he was always going to end up back at the beach.

After purchasing a home in Ocean View in 2019, Logan became curious about the intricacies of real estate transactions. Out of sheer curiosity he started studying for and obtained his licenses in both Delaware and Maryland.

Since becoming licensed in 2021, Logan became a top producing agent in 2022 and was asked to join the Agent Leadership Committee for the Keller Williams Beaches. The ALC is made up of the Top 20% of the agents from the brokerage. Logan is the Luxury Homes committee chair as well as the Agent Advocate chair for 2023.

Logan's commitment to providing truly white glove service, with a blue collar work ethic made him a top producing agent in 2022 and 2023.
