She has been a multi-year Bold graduate and on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) for 8 consecutive years. She is a short sale and foreclosure resource specialist and REO/Bank Foreclosure agent. Shonda is a top 10% producer for real estate in Kent County with over $6 Million in closed production for 2018. In addition to sales, Shonda manages over 40 rentals and is a Form 50 holder for representing rental owners in JP Court. Mother to three beautiful daughters 30, 27, and 21 and Mima to a perfect Grandson (5). She has been married for 28 years partnered with for 34.
